Monday, August 4 and Tuesday, August 5:
Rang ahead and was
lucky to get a booking at the Lighthouse CP at Exmouth. Exmouth is also benefitting from the
resources boom with canal style huge homes being built along the water front
and a new marina housing expensive vessels. The park is out of town and filled
with those escaping from the cold of Perth for 3 or 4 months – didn’t want to
talk to anyone but their own and seemed to just sit around.

The boats in the marina are huge luxury cruisers for the new rich.
