Broome- nice to visit.

Monday, July 28 and Tuesday July 29:
Our next stop for two nights was Roebuck Roadhouse outside Broome. We decided we may need two nights so we can catch up on the washing etc.
Arrived about 11am, put out the washing, had lunch and headed into Broome which has grown into a huge place. Went down to the warf and watched a ship being loaded and then had a drink at the cafĂ© there – very pleasant. Next site to see was Cable Beach which has restraints, grassed parks etc and is very busy. Spotted cars driving along the beach and then the camels doing a walk along the beach. Took some snaps and headed back to the road house.
Lots of noise here with the road trains etc but they do keep the place moving.
Tuesday, July 29:
Spent the day at camp.

Wal at Cable Beach.

The sea eagle with his catch - better than I can do!
